Loan Document Signing 

We charge $100.00 for the first set of documents and $75.00 for the second set of documents. To email or fax documents we charge $75.00 copies are included. If their is a no-show, refusal to sign or cancellation the confirmed signing fees for the first set of documents are still due and payable, including printing fees. We wait one hour for the customer to become available to sign the documents. After the first hour of waiting there is a $50.00 an hour excessive waiting fee.
